Refund Policy| NO REFUNDS:

Shipping policy: We ship out the same day or the next business day. Shipping takes 5-7 business days. Once we have shipped out your items, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping carrier and tracking number. Please check with the carrier on the status of your package after it has left our facility. We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages, you must contact the shipping carrier. 

If you receive the wrong item for an error we have made, you must contact us within 3 days after your order has been delivered. We will send you out a shipping label to return the package by email. Once we have received the package and have inspected it, we will issue you a store credit which will be sent to your email for an E Gift card. This credit will expire after 30 days. Any item purchased with store credit under ANY circumstances will be final sale. Item must be mailed back to us within 7 days of communicating this error to us and packaging label sent.

If you ordered the wrong size, color, or for whatever reason have changed your mind about the item you have received. You are responsible for the shipping cost for the return. You will also be charged a 15% restocking fee. Once we have received the item back we will issue you a E gift card to your email and you will have 30 days to use the gift card. 

 

ALL RETURNUED ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. THIS INCLUDES UNWORN, UNWASHED AND FREE FROM ANY MAKEUP, PERFUMES, ODORS, RIPS, HOLES AND ANY OTHER.  Items must have tags on. 

 

Local delivery and pick up items:

Local Pick up:

Pick up is open Mon-Fri 6:30pm-8:30pm. Sat- Sun 1:00-9:00pm. Once we have received notification for your pick order we will send you a text by phone number provided to for you order. This message will include confirmation of your order we ask that you respond back to this message within an hour. Once confirmation has been confirmed pick up time, car make and model will also NEED to be confirmed. If you have someone else picking up your order we do ask that you communicate this to us. We prefer you to pick up your own item as we do confirm the order with you at the time of pick up. 

Pick up orders have 1 hour to requested an exchange. After the hour has passed we will not allow an exchange. You can only exchange for the same item in a different size. If we are out of stock we will discuss the available options to you.

Local pick up orders have 3 days to pick up your items after the 3 days we will issue you a store credit. If for any reason you need to reschedule your pick up order we do ask that you communicate this to an hour before your pick up time. 

 

Local deliveries:

Delivery fees are non refundable. Delivery is open Mon-Fri 6:30pm-8:30pm. Sat- Sun 1:00-9:00pm. We will communicate your delivery through text with the phone number on your order. Please respond back within one hour for fast accurate service. We will confirm the day, time and location of your order. Same day deliveries will be confirmed again within 45 minutes before delivery. Must respond back within 20 minutes. Once we have parked at the destination you will be notified and will have 5 minutes to retrieve your order. After the 5 minutes you will have to schedule another delivery and another delivery fee will be required. If you would like to pick up instead you will have until to communicate this within the same day of your delivery for same day pick up/ re-delivery. Orders are only available for pick up until 8:30pm otherwise you will have to pick up or have your order re-delivered the next business day.
